My art reflects my journey through life, my experiences and discoveries, my family, sweet husband Alan, Poncho our dog and a cuddle of cats.
My paintings, are inspired especially by my snowbird travels to the panhandle of Florida in winter and my Appalachian home where we still have quiet places for turtles and wild things, creeks and rivers to paddle and wade. We have trees to kiss us in the spring with blossoms, shade us through the summer and rain leaves down on us through fall. It is a wondrous place, still and quiet with many mysteries.
I think art is such an important part of our lives, it is what make us human.
Life without Art would be like a carpenter with out a hammer or a universe with out stars!
